Council of Ministers in State
– The executive power in a parliamentary system of government is the council of ministers, which is led by the chief minister. According to the Indian constitution, the states are arranged similarly to the central government.
– ⁠The state’s council of ministers is an exact duplicate of the federal council.
– ⁠Their roles, functions, and formation are similar in the administration.
– ⁠Articles 163 and 164 of the constitution give a broad overview of the parliamentary system of government’s tenets. The purpose of the council of ministers is to support and counsel the state governor on a range of issues.
